The year was 2015…
Mere minutes into the new year, our heroes enjoy glasses of complimentary champagne in a local bar. They know they’re creative—hell, they may even be geniuses—but what good is creative talent if it is never realized? Somewhere in their second (or, admittedly, third) drink comes an idea: They’re going to make a podcast.
And so they did. And, if they’re being honest with themselves, it wasn’t very good. But they weren’t finished. From the ashes of a podcast came a screenplay; and from there, a filmed and produced sketch; and from there, fledgling careers in the Atlanta film industry. But still, it wasn’t enough.
Today, over five years since embarking on that first endeavor, they embark on yet another. They’ve long understood that the only secret to making exceptional things is to do just that: make them. They gathered the equipment. They filed the paperwork. And now, they stand ready to make exceptional videos for anyone and everyone willing to let them.
Our names are Ryan Wolfe and Tyler Prall, and we are GCA Films.
